Utility Payment Options

Bluffton Utility Bills include charges for electric, water, sewage and trash & recycling collection.  You may pay your bill by mail, have it automatically debited from your checking account or online using a credit/debit card as described below.

Office or Mail

Payment can be made by mail, by visiting the Bluffton Utility Office during normal business hours, or placed in the gray drop box located on the east side of City Hall.  The stub with your name and address must accompany your payment.

Utility office hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.

Automatic Debit 

You can pay your monthly bill electronically by using Auto Debit from your checking account. Stop by the Utility Office to sign up and you will need to bring a blank deposit slip.  You will receive your bill each month with the amount and date that it will be debited from your account.

Online Payment (Credit or Debit Cards)

By using your credit or debit card you can pay your bill 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.  These payment options are provided by PayGOV.US on behalf of Bluffton Utilities. PayGOV.US does charge a convenience fee for these payments, however, you will be shown the exact amount of this fee prior to completing the transaction, at which time you may proceed or cancel this payment method.
