The City of Bluffton operates three utilities: electric, water and wastewater. For new service, a deposit of $150, is required; if you have a good credit reference from previous utility service or other sources, the deposit is $25. The deposit is refundable when leaving Bluffton Utilities' service area.

Two local phone companies serve Bluffton:
AT&T (800-742-8771) serves most of the central city.
Craigville Telephone (260-565-3131) serves north and east parts of Bluffton.
Natural Gas
Natural gas is provided by Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO). Their telephone number is 800-464-7726.
Cable Television
Mediacom (800-874-2924) is Bluffton's cable television provider. |
