Trash Collection
National Serv-All collects trash and recyclables weekly.

Each residence is limited to one 95-gallon bin of trash. You may include small yard waste as long as you do not exceed the limit. If you have more trash than the limit, you may purchase special bags from the City Clerk-Treasurer at City Hall. Ten of these bags, which do not count toward your limit, are $5.00.

Serv-all observes six (6) holidays per year which are:
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
Anytime one of these holidays falls on or follows your pickup day, your trash will be picked up the following day. The route will always be completed.

Three weeks during each year the contractor will collect an unlimited bags of trash. They are the weeks proceeding Spring and Fall Clean up and the week after Christmas.

National Serv-all will not take large piles of construction material, we recommend that you rent a dumpster.

Trash may be placed at the curb or at the alley, but not in either roadway.

Recycling Collection
Recyclables, including clear and colored glass, metal cans, and #1 and #2 plastics may be placed in your red recycling bin at curbside on your regular trash day. Fiber, such as newspapers and flattened cardboard, should be bundled or placed in brown paper bags and placed on top of the bin.

Recycling should be placed at the curb, not in the street.
